Dr. Andre Vollbrecht is a recognised expert in wealth-related legal matters. He is the managing partner of an asset management firm and previously served for many years as a notary and as the board member responsible for finance at the Hamburg Chamber of Notaries.

René Ufferhardt specialises in corporate transactions and restructuring. In his previous roles at a mid-market investor focused on special situations and an established restructuring advisory firm, he led numerous acquisitions, divestments, and carve-outs. He was also responsible for portfolio management and restructuring programmes, from strategy development through to operational implementation.

He holds a degree in industrial engineering and completed his master’s degree in business administration at a leading German business school.

Viktor Kettler specialises in finance, accounting, and tax for mid-sized businesses.

As a partner at Naust Group, he supports mid-sized companies with tax structuring, financial statement audits, succession planning, and transactions. He also serves on the advisory boards of mid-sized businesses, including companies associated with the Kettler Foundation.

Lutz Wiemer is an experienced business leader with particular expertise in building companies, guiding their strategic development, and creating lasting value.

As a founding member of the Management Board of HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG, he developed the company from a start-up into an established institutional investment manager with more than €6 billion in assets under management.

He combines extensive management experience with an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic expertise, and a clear understanding of the operational drivers of sustainable business growth.
